Tom Ford Haul…

I was lucky enough to be invited to Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols which is in Liverpool ONE, where i was introduced to the new Tom Ford Soleil collection. Amazing insights into products by Rachael who works on the counter. I think it’s really refreshing when somebody is passionate about the brand they work for and have knowledge about each and every product which she did. It made me want to buy everything!

I have always loved Tom Ford beauty products, from the chic & glamorous packaging to the amazing smells and pigments. I was given some products to review which was lovely and i will be attending some events there over the next few weeks which i will keep you updated on.

The links I will be providing below are just for the purpose of the different shades/ranges that I am talking about so you can go on and have a look so you can then purchase through a retailer of your choice because well im nice like that.

If you’re in the North West area and regularly visit Liverpool I would highly recommend nipping in to speak to the girls on the counter or specifically Rachael who knows everything Tom Ford.

The store has a bunch of other counters, a spa, hairdressers and even a champagne bar! So it would be a really nice day out to have some treatments, purchase some products and grab some lunch (or a liquid lunch) while your there which to me is a perfect day.

The store also does offers on packages which I would take a look at even if it’s just for yourself, family or girlfriends (maybe even a hen do?) their packages will tailor your needs. Thank me later.

Anyway back to the products:

Sole Di Positano

This is the new fragrance part of the Eau Fraiche category which has been inspired by Positano on the Italian Riviera (dreamy right).  Tom Ford describes this fragrance as ‘Brilliant, inviting, sunlit’ which i totally agree with.

It’s light & fresh – not as strong as some of his other ranges with ingredients such as Lemon, Mandarin, Italian Bergamot & Shiso leaf which gives me all those summer vibes.

Moisturecore Lip

This lipstick is part of the new Soleil make up collection which is positively dreamy.

The shade is Paradiso which gives a subtle golden pearl with a pink tint and compliments bronzed summer skin – see where they are going with this.

What I love most about this lipstick is it has a liquid core which is infused with passion fruit oil in the centre and provides moisture. It’s kind of a lipstick/lipbalm (my words not Tom’s) in one – perfect right? I mean it is for me as I feel lipsticks dry my lips out so this definitely has me sold due to the melon fruit extract, plant esters and Murumuru butter which helps condition and means it lasts for hours. I have been wearing this everyday as you can pop a bit on in the day for a more subtle look then layer it up at night to give you a bold lip. I will be going on to purchase the rest of the colours as I am so impressed with the colour and texture – and of course it looks amazing.

There are other colours in this line so I have provided the link to the website where you can have a look at the different shades – http://www.tomford.com/moisturecore-lip-color/T44G.html

This is the colour on my lip just dabbing a little bit for the day. It goes pinkier if you layer it on like normal lipstick.

Cream & Powder eye duo

Ok this stuff is my favourite. This ultra pigmented metallic cream shadow is amazing to use as the base on your eye then the sparkling/glitter celestial powder which comes with it intensifies the look. I will be again purchasing all of the colours in this range (officially broke) as we all have that problem of trying to add a touch of glitter to the lid that then drops down your face right? This takes away that problem and lasts all day and night (tried and tested). I would highly recommend this for all you make up lovers.

The shade I was given is Paradiso but again I have provided the link so you can look at all the other shades – http://www.tomford.com/cream-and-powder-eye-color/T3LM.html?cgid=SUMMER-SOLEIL-COLLECTION-2017&dwvar_T3LM_color=SUNWORSHIP#start=1

FYI – I would apply the glitter with your finger as it provides more coverage (I know how some feel about the whole not using a brush for make up but hey it’s what we all use to do before the brush went BIG so work with me on this.

Soleil Blanc Fragrance

Tom Ford’s description of this is – ‘UNEXPECTED. SULTRY. ADDICTIVE. REMOTE PRIVATE ISLANDS WHERE SUMMER LASTS ALL YEAR AND ONE DAY SEAMLESSLY BLENDS INTO THE NEXT INSPIRE SOLEIL BLANC, AN ADDICTIVE SOLAR FLORAL AMBER ALIVE WITH SEDUCTIVE REFINEMENT AND REFRESHING DECADENCE. LATEST PRIVATE BLEND CREATION UNAPOLOGETICALLY EXUDES THE ENDLESS PURSUIT OF SUN AND LUXURY THAT DEFINES TOM FORD SOLEIL’

This to me is a perfect description of the whole range. The bottle is white and gold as you can see which oozes class (and goes well In my dressing room).

This perfume is stronger than the Sole Di Positano but still a light version of the other ranges. I would wear this at night time or just one spray in the day. It definitely has that refreshing kind of feel and will be popped into my bag over the summer and on holiday.

 Soleil Blanc Shimmering Oil

I have been obsessed with this since it came out last year and often take it on holiday with me. The glitter is made up of gold & platinum leaf. The oil is light so it doesn’t feel greasy and it has a hint of a fragrance in there so you will be looking and smelling like a golden goddess all day.

The full range which you can find online and in the store… it all looks amazing and im sure i will be going on to purchase more! Let me know if you have tried any of the other products and your thoughtsThanks for stopping by xoxo
